National Junior Honor Society:
The National Junior Honor Society and The National Honor Society are the nation's premier organizations established to recognize outstanding high school and middle level students. More than just an honor roll, NJHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, Character and Citizenship. Holy Cross students who qualify for induction are expected to fulfill an individual community service project, as well as participate in a group service activity.
National Junior Art Honor Society:
The National Junior Art Honor Society and The National Art Honor Society have, since 1978, supported the National Art Honor Society Programs and student members in their efforts to attain the highest standards in art scholarship, character, and service. The National Art Honor Society (NAHS) or National Junior Art Honor Society (NJAHS) are more than “art clubs.” NJAHS is for junior high and middle school students in grades 6-8.
Tri-M:
The Tri-M Music Honor Society is a program of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME), which focuses on creating future leaders in music education and music advocacy. Tri-M is the only music honor society for junior/middle school and high school students in United States. Tri-M recognizes students that have gone above and beyond both academically and musically. Tri-M also provides students leadership opportunities to make a difference in their community through music-based service projects.
