My philosophy of education is rooted in the belief that each child is a unique and valuable individual, created by God with his or her own gifts, talents, strengths, and abilities. Every student learns differently, and it is my responsibility as an educator to recognize and celebrate these differences while creating a classroom environment where every child feels valued, respected, supported, and loved.
